Brilliant. Easy booking process, lots of additions at little to no extra cost and great insurance policy options too - didn’t have to have a deposit tied up for weeks with the option we chose. Communication instructions were clear & Avax contacts in pickup and dropoff locations (Split & Zagreb) were friendly and proactive. Car was as described and in good driving condition and inbuilt gps handy. Would definitely use them again when next in Croatia! Thank you 😃

Great service by Avax. Vladimir was very proactive and helped us with dropping off the car other than where we had originally planned and allowed us a bit of flexibility too. He gave detailed instructions for us as well.

First of all we ordered a Suzuki Vitara with manual gear but they give us a Toyota Cross-Yaris with automatic gear. Ok, the car was new and perfect. When it was to return the car they informed us that if we late even for a while they will charge us 50€. This is crazy! We had a little baby and they knew it. The communication with the company was good.
