If you're interested in Dubrovnik car rental, choose Avax. Everything went smoothly, pickup and drop off times are flexible and overall experience was great. New car, no issues with cross border traveling to Bosnia. Card payment and whatsapp contact with no issues. I'll use Avax next time and recommend to friends. Also, there's a bus station (6 line) next to their office which goes straight to the old town.

I highly recommend AVAX Rent a Car. The information is accurate from the start; everything you see on their website is what you'll get. The staff who assisted us with car pick-up and drop-off were incredibly friendly and efficient. They also provided timely and accurate answers to our questions before our trip. We drove in Croatia, Montenegro, and Albania. The Toyota Yaris (3 passengers) performed flawlessly throughout the entire journey.

The customer service is excellent; their response time via email and WhatsApp is almost immediate, which is fantastic. I'm deducting one star because the vehicle was delivered a little dirty and didn't have a full tank of gas. Even so, it's an excellent option for renting a car. They were the only ones who assured us that it wasn't necessary to call the police for a scratch or minor incident, unlike the other companies. Luckily, we didn't need to verify this, as we didn't have any problems.

Great experience picking up the car, took less than 10 minutes. Didn't have the car we wanted, but they gave us replacement cars which were just as spacious and could fit all of our bags. Only downside was when we arrived at the drop-off we parked in the wrong place as there was supposed to be someone waiting at the arrival parking to show us where to park but because we arrived 10 minutes earlier they weren't there. Will use again when in country
