Yes, the full rental amount is charged at the time of booking. This guarantees your vehicle and locks in the displayed price.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before pickup. You can manage your booking via the Manage Booking section on our website.
Is a cash deposit required with the no-credit-card option?
No — with the no-credit-card option, no cash deposit is required at pickup. The €60 one-time service fee is charged at the time of booking and covers the entire arrangement. Just bring your driving licence, ID, and booking voucher.
Is the €60 no-credit-card fee refundable?
No, the €60 one-time fee is non-refundable. It covers the administrative cost of the no-credit-card arrangement.
Can any car category be booked without a credit card?
The no-credit-card option is available for Mini, Economy, and Intermediate categories. It is not available for larger or premium vehicle categories.
What payment methods are accepted online?
We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The card must be in the main driver's name.
