Consumer Protection Act - submission of consumer complaints
NOTICE ON HOW TO SUBMIT A WRITTEN CONSUMER COMPLAINT
Pursuant to Article 6, point 3 of the Act on the provision of services in tourism ("Narodne novine", no. 130/17), we inform consumers that they can submit a complaint expressing their dissatisfaction with the service provided in writing in these business premises and they will be confirmed in writing without delay of the receipt of that complaint.

Response to complaint:
We will respond to a consumer's written complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, so please provide us with your contact address for the delivery of the response in your complaint.
